Founded in 2026, Baba Tensile Private Limited is a specialist manufacturer and designer of tensile membrane structures, working out of Prem Nagar in Gurugram. We take a project the whole way — structural design, fabrication of the steel and membrane, and clean on-site installation — so you deal with one accountable team, not five.
Our structures are built to earn their place: rugged frames, taut architectural fabric, and a maintenance-light finish that holds its shape through Indian sun, wind and monsoon. Most of our work sits within an hour of the workshop — Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and Manesar — which means we can survey a site quickly, and come back just as quickly when a structure needs cleaning, re-tensioning or a re-skin years later.
Every job starts the same way: we measure the site, model the membrane geometry, and show you how the finished structure will sit against the building before a single section of steel is cut. You approve the drawing, then we fabricate.

What clients ask before they order.
How long does a tensile structure last?
A PVDF-coated architectural membrane typically holds 10–15 years in Indian conditions before it needs replacing. The hot-dip galvanised steel frame underneath is designed to outlast several membrane cycles, so a re-skin later is a fraction of the original cost.
How much does a car parking shade cost in Gurgaon?
Cost depends on span, height, fabric grade and foundation type, so we quote per site rather than per square foot. Send us the covered area and a photo of the site and we will come back with a design direction and a written quote.
How long does installation take?
A single-bay parking shade or entrance canopy is usually complete within two to three weeks of drawing approval. Larger clear-span and multi-bay projects run four to eight weeks depending on steel fabrication and site access.
Do you work outside Gurgaon and Delhi NCR?
Yes. Design and fabrication happen at our Gurugram workshop and we install pan-India. Most of our work is in Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, Faridabad and Manesar, but we travel for larger projects.
Is the fabric waterproof and fire-resistant?
Yes. We use PVC-coated polyester with a PVDF top layer as standard, which is fully waterproof, UV-stable and flame-retardant. PTFE-coated glass fibre is available where a longer life or a higher fire rating is specified.

Gurgaon is where we manufacture. India is where we install.
Steel is cut, welded and galvanised at our Gurugram works and the membrane is patterned and welded there, then the finished structure travels to site with our own installation crew. Same fabrication, same finish, wherever it goes up.
